Hi, I’m Christine Wilson

I help women who are struggling to make positive & lasting changes in their lives. I am a graduate of the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. I am a Holistic Nutrition & Wellness Practitioner, Certified NASM Behavior Change Specialist & Certified NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I teach women how to align with their intuition & their own natural rhythms to find wellness, healing & balance through holistic nutrition, mindset, self-care & wellness practices. Mother Nature provides the perfect nutrients to nourish, heal & protect our bodies, when these foods are consumed in the right balance you can enhance your beauty & vitality, lose weight, protect your health & even reverse disease. Taking this approach in my own life has created a beautiful ripple effect & I’m happy to say I’ve never felt better. You can usually find me in the kitchen creating delicious plant based whole food recipes, doing yoga, making my own beauty & cleaning products, catching up on all the latest health, wellness and mindset research or at the beach with my family.
