
Easy, Healthy and Decadent Chocolate Superfood Granola Recipe
This chocolate superfood granola is such a yummy way to add some nutrient density into your day. The chia seeds, Gogi berries and cacao powder truly take this granola to the next level nutritionally. Quick and easy to whip up it’s so much healthier than most conventional boxed cereals, and kids absolutely love it! Whether you eat it with some homemade nut milk, alone as a snack or sprinkled on top of your smoothie bowl it is such a tasty treat.
I’m all about getting an abundance of superfoods into my families diet. Anything that contributes to our greater overall well being is well worth it in my eyes. Superfoods are generally loaded with vitamins, minerals and protective antioxidants making them such a beneficial and preventative addition!
Easy Chocolate Superfood Granola Recipe
2 c. Rolled Oats
1/2 c. Crushed Cashews
1/2 c. Dried Gogi Berries
1/2 c. Coconut Flakes
1/4 c. Chia Seeds
1/4 c. Maple Syrup
2 tbsp. Cacao Powder
2 tbsp. Coconut Oil
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt
Preheat oven to 300. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly with your hands. Spread a thin layer on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool. Store in airtight container.
