How To Make Roasted Almond Butter
Who else loves roasted almond butter?
There’s nothing better than taking organic almonds, roasting them, and making them into creamy and delicious almond butter. Not only is the process super simple, but knowing I whipped it up with loving intention for my family always feels so amazing! Sure I still buy the jarred stuff from time to time, but this freshly made almond butter is next level and tastes so much better.
Almonds are nutrient dense and filled with antioxidants, including vitamin E, which protect the body from oxidative damage. Oxidative stress can cause damage to the cells in the body leading to disease and premature aging, so getting an abundance of antioxidants in your diet is a fantastic preventative measure.
This simple recipe only has only one ingredient and takes less than a half hour to make from start to finish.
