
Spicy Plant Based Tomato Cashew Dressing Recipe
Summers here and Iโm officially craving all the salads! One of my favorite things to do is make homemade dressings and this spicy cashew dressing was so delicious that I knew I needed to share. This recipe is super easy to make and so much healthier than most conventional bottled brands.
Great for meal planning, I make a big batch and use it for a couple of days. It also makes a great dip!
Spicy Tomato Cashew Dressing
1 c. Soaked raw cashews
1 c. Grape tomatoes
1/4 c. Water
Juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp coconut aminos
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
Small dash cayenne pepper
Put all ingredients in a high-speed blender on high until smooth, serve, and enjoy! I highly recommend using organic ingredients if possible.
