Is it really everything or everyone else or could it possibly be you?

I know this can be such a hard question to ask yourself but it’s a must when trying to grow and evolve into the next best version of yourself. In my experience it has been the number one factor in successfully reaching the goals I create for myself.

The fact that we could be the problem can be hard to accept. When we are not standing in our power & taking full responsibility for our choices, words, actions and outcomes we tend to fall into the pattern of blaming external factors and even other people for our discomfort, problems & issues.

It can be as simple as recognizing that it’s your choices and perspective that creates your reality! Its your choices, words, thoughts & actions that are responsible for the outcomes you are manifesting in your life. Making this realization can literally change everything.

Sometimes it is us and that’s completely ok. We can learn to approach it in a different and healthier way the next time.

Don’t let the inability to take responsibility be the very thing holding you back from reaching your goals.

Are you taking full responsibility for where you currently are?

Are you ready to start exploring the areas where you may not be taking that responsibility so that you can start manifesting the outcomes you desire?

Feel free to email me if you are ready to start! I can help!

Wishing you the awareness and acceptance to recognize how powerful you truly are so you can begin to create the life you desire.

Great advice Christine! I love that statement, “Become a creator of your circumstances, not a victim of them” Inner peace has always been a goal of mine. And I strive for that every day! Love You 😘

Could not agree more! Thank you!

  3. I am a retired military veteran with Post Traumatic Stress. I find that when the entire world is closing in on me in a negative way, I need to either lift weights or go for a hike. Good, vigorous exercise resets the mind and enables us to refocus our minds in a much healthier manner.

Yes🙌 I could not agree more! It absolutely does!

  4. What I have discovered is that regardless of whether it’s me or “them”, I can fix it if I truly want to fix it. Sometimes we want to wallow in misery. We have the ability to fix our lives either way…good article.
